User detail settings
In this dialog you can set more detialed parameters of a user.
Speed limits - transfer speed limitations
Ignore system speed limits - values set in this dialog will be used instead of global values set in general settings dialog
Maximum upload speed - maximum transfer speed (in kB/s) for data upload to the server. Value 0 deactivates speed limitation.
Maximum download speed - maximum transfer speed (in kB/s) for data download from the server. Value 0 deactivates speed limitation.
Timeouts - time limitations
Ignore system timeouts - values set in this dialog will be used instead of global values set in general settings dialog
Idle timeout - time of inactivity (in minutes). If elapses, user is disconnected
Session timeout - time of connection (in minutes). If elapses, user is disconnected
Misc - other settings
Hide hidden files - files with attribute hidden will not be shown in directory listings
Always allow login - user can connect regardles of number of connected clients (useful for administrators accounts)
Lock in home directory - user can browse only in his home directory's subtree. (With the exception of symbolical links)
Limitations
Logins from the same IP - limitation of number of connections from a single IP address
Max users connected - maximum nuber of connections of users with this user name (0 deactivates this limitation)
Attack avoidance - raw powered attack protection
This option protects server against possibility to guess password with sequential trying of various combinations.
Values for a particular username can be explicitely changed in user's detailed settings.
Ignore system AA settings - values set in this dialog will be used instead of global values set in general settings dialog
In the first edit field, enter maximum number of unsuccessful password enters during time period (in seconds), which is to be entered in the second field. If number of unsuccessful password enters is exceeded within this interval, user is added to the blacklist and blocked for time (in minutes) specified in the third edit field.
Login message file - Custom user message after user's logon
Use custom login message - Instead of standard system message, custom message from a chosen file will be printed to the user after login.
Browse - opens dialog to choose a file.
You can use the same set of macros as in users macros,
furthermore, following macros are added:
%USERNAME; - Username of the user
%HOME_DIRECTORY; - Home directory of the user
